I love having some at-home workouts at my disposal for times when I’m traveling, need a quick pick-me-up, or if my schedule is getting over-crowded and I’m not making it to the gym as regularly as I’d like to be. This is one of my faves because the movements are super simple, but if you complete all 10 rounds, you’ll have done 100 jumping jacks, 100 sit-ups and 100 squats so BOOM!
