With love on our minds this week’s at home workout is going to leave you feeling all the feels! I hope you all enjoyed a nice Valentine’s Day. My hubby and I went on a little ski trip to Vermont and it was delightful! A mid-week getaway throws everything completely off, but it was well worth it. Wait, what day is it? Seriously though, I’m walking confusion.
Without further adieu, here’s are some tips and the workout!
A few points of performance (POP’s) for this at home workout:
Push-ups: You’ll end up doing 50 of these but in small sets. Do your best push-ups each round, it’s only five 😉
Jumping Jacks: Just.Keep.Jumping! Jacks not your thing? Do some type of jump to get your heart pumping.
Bodyweight Squats: 15 is a lot. This is the hardest part of this workout. You can do it though, breathe through! Keep your weight in your heels and your chest up as you squat down. Get low, get low, get low.
Are you willing to share? I’d love to hear from you if you’ve tried this workout or share it with a friend!
