Hey friends! So today, April 19th is National High Five Day! Yes, it’s a thing and yes, there’s a day for everything. In honor of #NH5D, today’s workout is all in fives. Five moves, five times each, five rounds, finished. If you didn’t make it to the gym this week, don’t fret! There’s plenty of time today or tomorrow to get this workout in. The beauty is, you can do this #NH5D workout or any other at home workout ANYWHERE!
A few points of performance (POP’s) for this at home workout:
Squat Jumps: Keep your chest up, your shins vertical, shoot your butt back, then be explosive on the way up to a full jump!
Lateral Lunges: Step out to the right and shift your body weight over your right leg, squatting to a 90 degree angle at the right knee. Try to sit down with your butt, keeping your back as upright as possible. Repeat on the left side, shifting your weight to over your left leg.
Burpees: Come down to a full pushup, and make sure you add a little jump on the top!

Pushups: Try to go ‘unbroken’ during each round. If you have to modify, go ahead, but try for five good one’s.
