I was out to eat last week at one of my favorite spots in Saratoga Springs called Farmer’s Hardware. They were debuting a brand new side dish which was buffalo cauliflower. Their version was crispy, delicious, and came with a cheesy dipping sauce that was to die for. They tasted great, but I wanted to make my own healthier version that was not deep fried. I pre-baked the cauliflower, then added the wing sauce mixture and baked again. I hope you enjoy this healthy-ish recipe for Buffalo Cauliflower!
